WHEN I WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Quality craftsmanship takes time, and we believe it’s worth the wait. As most of our pieces are made to order, each item is handcrafted with great care and attention to detail after your order is placed.
However, if you are in a rush, we also keep a small stock of selected items, such as pendants and earrings, which can be dispatched within 48 hours. To make browsing easier, we have grouped these items into our "Ready to Ship" category. You will still receive the same carefully handcrafted piece – only quicker.

Made to Order: Most items on our website are handcrafted to order and hallmarked in Birmingham, UK. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before dispatch.

Ready to Ship: Items in this category are in stock and dispatched within 48 hours.
Delivery Times (Once Dispatched)

UK Orders: 3–5 working days (Free delivery)

International Orders: 10–12 working days (Shipping calculated at checkout)
You will receive an email notification with full tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, postal disruptions, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship to the UK and most international destinations, excluding the European Union.
Unfortunately, as of December 2024, we are unable to sell to the European Union due to new GPSR regulations. We hope this situation will change in the future. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
SHIPPING COSTS

UK orders: FREE delivery on all UK orders.

International orders: £14.99 delivery charge, or FREE delivery for orders above £250.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout once you enter your delivery address on the order form.
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. As the customer, you are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
US Shipping: Due to changes in US import regulations, orders shipped to the United States are subject to additional duties, taxes, tariffs, or handling charges. Shipping charges to the United States have been adjusted to reflect increased export and customs administration costs. These costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order. We apologise for the inconvenience caused, but as a small independent business, we are unable to absorb any of these costs.
ORDER TRACKING
Your item will be shipped to you via Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your parcel directly through the courier's website.
